Xhobisa Tom is a creative producer with an Honours degree in Motion Picture Production. With experience across independent passion projects and the corporate sector, she blends storytelling with strong organisational and operational skills.
Through her work in higher education at AFDA, where she has over two years of experience as a Senior Tutor and will be lecturing within the Higher Certificate (HC) department, she has developed a deep passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of South African filmmakers. She brings a balance of creative vision, strategic thinking, and structured execution to both production and academic environments.
