At just 28 years old, AFDA Johannesburg’s BCom Lecturer Baphile Duba, MBA is already making waves, not only as an academic in the classroom, but as an entrepreneur, mentor, and changemaker shaping the next generation of creative business leaders.
Baphile’s company, Just in Time Logistics was recently recognised with a Logistics Achiever Award from GIBS Business School. Baphile was also recently nominated for the prestigious Forty Under 40 South Africa Awards 2025 in the Logistics and Supplies category. The awards celebrate leaders under 40 who are committed to business growth, professional excellence, and community service.
Earlier this year Baphile was selected among the Mail & Guardian 200 Young South Africans in the Entrepreneurship category. This recognition highlights not just his business success, but his influence in leadership, mentorship, and impact.
