The documentary will be examining the effects of hyper-sexualization of black female bodies in the creative world, with specific attention paid to the visual art, dance and content creator fields in South Africa. The documentary will profile one person from each of these creative fields and allow them to share the effects that hyper-sexualization has on their respective lives; how it has impacted their mental and emotional health; and how it has influenced their creativity. We will also be exploring the impact that their experiences have on their creative outlet/profession, as well as how it has helped them with their healing.
