New staff appointments @AFDA Johannesburg

AFDA Johannesburg have appointed Nina Lucy Wylde to take over the position of Head of Production Course from François Smit, who is now the Head of Postgraduate Studies at AFDA Johannesburg.

Lucy, who has a MA in Classical Acting from the Central School in London, is stepping into the Research Core of AFDA Johannesburg after her previous engagements on the campus as curator of the Postgraduate play “A Tiny Hum” (to be staged during the upcoming AFDA Experimental Festival and National Arts Festival in Grahamstown later this year).

François, a University of Salzburg MA degree holder in International Arts and Media Management, steps into the new position taking over from Gina Bonmariage who is has taken on the responsibility as Dean on our sister campus in Cape Town.
