Calling out to all grade 9 -12 learners and prospective AFDA students. AFDA (The School for the Creative Economy) is hosting free one-day Holiday Workshops at their Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth campuses over the spring holidays.

The workshops give learners the opportunity to actively participate and understand the in and outs of film and television making, behind the scenes, as well as acting in front of the camera. AFDA students and lecturers will demonstrate and guide workshop attendees throughout the day, ensuring they enjoy a true experience of what happens on a film and television set as well as what life is like on a campus.

If you want to learn how to conceptualise and set up an innovative business, this year’s workshop includes an offering from AFDA’s Business Innovation and Technology staff and students, for learners and prospective AFDA students who have a passion for business.

The ‘one day’ Holiday Workshops take place on all four of our campuses. Booking is essential. Contact us here:

AFDA is registered as the South African School of Motion Picture Medium and Live Performance, and is a private higher education institution which offers higher certificate and degree programmes.
